DOMI Earth created this set of innovative change-maker leadership training courses, in hopes to lead corporate colleagues to enhance a new sustainable vision. Participants vary across mid-to-senior-level staff in Asia working in sustainability, CSR, or ESG areas. In addition to the certificate of sustainable management, what these practitioners need to have is innovative change-maker leadership.

Course Outline

AGC Journey is a comprehensive training program designed to provide fresh leadership thinking and the soft skills needed to engage with stakeholders. The course will be conducted through the following eight modules:

Find purpose

PURPOSE

Learn to look for opportunities, including: meaningful purpose, value to the organization, space for adaptive change, viewing the world from a different perspective, from the perspective of BAU to people and the environment are equally important.

Navigating the Adaptive Change Journey

PERSPECTIVE

Learn to distinguish between challenging and technical issues. Most of the time, sustainability requires not a technical solution, but a new concept of thinking. Be open to learn with leaders.

Shape your role in a team as someone who encourages and is open for individual capabilities, vision, purpose, and critical learning.

Connect with stakeholders

WEAVE

Learn to use vision and purpose to weave a network that connects all stakeholders, and convey information so that everyone can see needs and opportunities for change.

BUILD

Learn to build projects that connect purpose, vision, and beneficiaries to create concrete social impact.

Guided by "COACHING" mentors to navigate effectively, resolve obstacles, and continue to move the plan forward.

Learn from results

LEARN

The project connects the purpose from the beginning to the end, deepens the influence and strengthens the vision, so that the team can grow. It also allows the results to have room for precipitation and reflection in order to grow.
