DOMI Earth's mission is to drive positive change by integrating technology, sustainability, and social impact. We aim to provide solutions that not only meet the needs of our clients but also contribute to the broader goal of environmental and social sustainability.
Our vision is to create a world where businesses and communities thrive in harmony with the environment. We envision a future where sustainable practices are the norm, and every individual and organization plays a role in preserving the planet for future generations.
Power to Change is one of DOMI Earth's flagship initiatives, focusing on empowering communities and businesses to social and environmental issues. This program aims to identify business operations overlooked resources, reduce carbon emissions, and promote long-lasting, simple interventions through various projects and partnerships in Taiwan, Thailand, Japan, Paraguay, and many more countries.
The Power to Change Minus Plus Model is DOMI Earth’s core belief, also a dual strategy, a balance of reduction and redirection that forms the heartbeat of this transformative framework: This model involves two approaches:
Minus (-): Here, we determine corporations' hidden and overlooked resources that can help them reduce costs while generating an environmental impact simultaneously. These are the resources that have quietly added to Scope 3 emissions without adding value to the corporate essence. The Minus (-) part is about finding the excess and consciously choosing to minimize it.
Plus (+): In this part, we find the space to give. The resources saved in the 'minus' phase find a new purpose. There are varieties of ongoing issues in the society. With the wide networks we have at DOMI Earth, we help corporations identify campaigns and activities that require consumer engagement and design mechanisms to create social and environmental impact.
The Energy Prosperity Project is the first project initiated by Power to Change. The project started in early 2021 in Taiwan. We are currently working with several financial banking companies to digitize their customer monthly statements. By doing so, the banks saved up operations costs from printing and logistics expenses. One of the banks saved up to USD 2 million a year from digitizing monthly statements.
The banks reallocate part of the savings to support the Energy Prosperity Project. The reason why this project is called as Energy Prosperity Project is that we target energy poverty by helping underprivileged households replace old, energy-consuming lighting with efficient LED lights. With the support from banks, we have helped more than 5,000 underprivileged households across Taiwan. By reducing electricity costs and improving the quality of life of these households, the Energy Prosperity Project fosters hope and environmental responsibility.
The AGCTI is dedicated to providing team coaching, strategic consulting, and leadership training services focused on sustainability, designed to empower individuals and teams to take necessary action. The institute helps individuals and organizations lead adaptive journeys where new practices are initiated that are fundamentally constructive.
Dr. Miriam Garvi joined hands with our co-founders, Corey and Tammy to establish the institute in 2020. They intend to show organizations that having an authentic purpose and truly valuing people, is the real key to turning ESG goals into actions that genuinely change the game.
We specialize in providing tailored sustainability solutions that align with your business goals. Our team of experts brings a wealth of knowledge in sustainability management, corporate social responsibility, and environmental stewardship. Our Tree Party event blends environmental education, employee participation, and community engagement, creating long-term sustainability strategies. With initiatives like environmental education, family and employee day planning, and hands-on tree planting, we embed sustainability into your corporate culture and drive positive environmental change.
Recognizing the importance of instilling environmental values from a young age, DOMI Earth has developed a range of educational materials and products for different age groups. These include picture storybooks, storytelling workshops, energy-saving timer DIY workshops, and virtual environmental courses that teach the public about energy conservation and sustainability.
